As we now have a copy of Ian Dury and the Blockheads singing 'Billericay Dickie' we couldn't really not live there again.

Back home 2006

House and 'nice' car...guess who took the photo!!
Garden 2006... Plenty of "potential" e.g. knock down useless garage, replace with splendid BBQ area!
Cherry Trees & Laurel  removed as the roots were damaging the neighbour's drive. Vastly improved the light into our dining room
Garden 2007...phase1. Removed 15 conifers, bind weed and brambles!
After the trees were removed, we found out that they were holding the fence up...ooops! Oh well, new fence then!

The 15 conifers became a huge mound of mulch, so everything is being covered in it... we still have a big mound of mulch!

Replaced with low-ish maintenance sleeper beds.

Awaiting lottery funding for Garden Phase 2 & Kitchen Phase 1
